Integrated Primary Spine Care at Acute care settings

It has been documented that between 2 - 3 % of all emergency room visits are related to patients with low back pain. At ChiroCare USA we have put together a program to expand the availability of Primary Spine Care professionals to assist in the assessment, treatment, and follow up care management of these patients. Many of these ER visits for muscle sprains and strains can be treated with minimal imaging, prescription and specialist referrals. Average cost for ER visits to treat low back pain can exceed $3,000 per occurrence.

Early intervention and diagnosis of sprains & strains which can be treated by chirporactic support services can save payers substantial medical cost for:

Direct Pay Program

This is a discount Chiropractic treatment program. Employees pay a single fixed amount for each visit. There is no limit as to the number of visits per week or per month. Included in this service is manipulation (2 - 3 regions), adjunctive therapy (sine wave simulation, ultrasound, and or laser therapy).

Other benefits include:

• Access to digital network of participating credentialed providers

• No pre-existing limitations

• No limit on utilization!

Employees have access to the ChiroCare network. This is not insurance and is a discount program that removes the financial barriers and paperwork for employees.

Excluded from this program massage therapy, acupuncture therapy, diet/wellness services. However, if employees use our network providers they will receive a 15% discount.

Neck pain follows back pain as the second most common musculoskeletal disorder leading to disability and injury claims. Untreated or slow response to treatment greatly decreases an injured employee’s chance of returning to work. Utilizing chiropractic care at the onset of patients presenting with work related neck or back pain can greatly reduce the overall cost of care, improve posttreatment Functional Rating Index scores, and shorten return to work timeline. The ChiroCare network includes Doctor of Chiropractic Care and utilize a multidisciplinary approach to treatment and follow a measurement outcomes approach.
